Vermont Alpenglow

from $25.00

⛰️Muted. Dreamy. Tranquil.

As the sun slips below the horizon in the Green Mountains, a fleeting, magical light washes over the peaks. Vermont Alpenglow captures that exact moment—the transition from day to dusk when the summits glow with a soft, ethereal violet. This tonal yarn features a sophisticated palette of dusty lavender, cool periwinkle, and muted amethyst.

The gentle tonal shifts provide a depth that mimics the atmospheric haze of a mountain evening, ensuring your finished fabric has movement and life without being overwhelming. Being a select merino wool, it’s as practical as it is beautiful—offering the buttery softness you want for a close-to-the-skin cowl or a luxurious sweater, with the easy-care durability to handle everyday wear.

Pro-Tip: This specific shade of periwinkle-violet is such a "cool-toned neutral"—it plays incredibly well with both greys and deep greens. It’s basically the "blue hour" of the forest in a single skein!
