Some colors just feel like the person who loves them. Playing Favorites: Brian is a soft slate blue with a quiet strength to it—calm, dependable, and incredibly easy to live with. Which, come to think of it, sounds a lot like Brian…or B, as he’s known around here.

This is the blue that keeps finding its way into B’s closet, especially in flannel shirts and everyday wearables. It sits beautifully between denim and gray: softly muted rather than bright, with enough depth to feel substantial without becoming dark.
